Outrageous - Allowing Illegal Votes From the Bench

Illegal immigration might not be popular among American voters, especially
in the Southwest, but two judges sitting on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Ninth Circuit have decided the way to fix that is to let the illegal aliens
vote.

That's right, on November 7, perhaps thousands of illegal aliens
will go to the polls in Arizona and cast their ballots -- and those illegal
votes will be counted just the same as the legal votes cast by American
citizens. Indeed, according to a four-sentence order issued last week by
two Ninth Circuit judges, the illegal aliens who show up at the polls cannot
even be asked to present identification before casting their ballots.

Specifically, the two Ninth Circuit judges told the State of Arizona
last week that it could not enforce the voter identification requirements of
Proposition 200, also known as the "Arizona Taxpayer and Citizen Protection
Act."

Immigration Agency Blows Off Oklahoma Immigration Efforts; ICE $$s Reserved

ICE has money to waste on high priced convention speakers but cannot afford to send a rep to an OK city meeting to stem illegal immigration. A federal immigration official from Dallas declined to attend the meeting, saying funds were not available for this purpose.

The Transportation Security Administration may not be able to secure the nation's airports, transit systems and other vital operations during a terrorist attack, a government report released Thursday says. NYC Mulls Ban on Trans Fats in Eateries

The city health department unveiled a proposal Tuesday that would bar cooks at any of the city's 24,600 food service establishments from using ingredients that contain the artery-clogging substance, commonly listed on food labels as partially hydrogenated oil.

This is America people "Home of the FREE" and now these food Nazi's want to dictate what we can and can't eat. Many people warned when they were after cigarettes that this is what would happen next and people said no way! Now look what's happening with Chicago and now this in NYC.
