Why is it whenever I read The Orange County Register's (Orange County CA) opinion section when they're talking about state lawmakers "mishevious" legislation that 9 times out of 10 it's introduced by a democrat? I thought they're the party of the "people" but these laws always seem to be more about controlling the people and taking away of our freedoms than they are about enhancing our freedoms.

Who out there is for getting the legilasture back to part-time so they don't have as much time on their hands to come up with so much junk? Arnold Schwarzenegger was talking about in 2004. I haven't heard much about it since.
